What is Astro Crew?
Astro Crew is our portfolio of space-themed team-building activities — from forming the crew of the International Space Station to designing missions to the Moon and Mars. Each activity is built around real challenges faced by space agencies, translated into dynamic, immersive experiences that train the skills your team needs most: collaboration, strategic thinking, stress management, communication, creativity, and leadership.
Every programme is fully modular: we tailor the combination, sequence, and duration of activities to your team's objectives, size, and venue.

Astronaut selection
Every team member tests their skills by tackling real astronaut selection tests. Memory, concentration, quick thinking, and precision will be essential to pass all trials.

Astronaut training
In space, no one can make it alone. Working as a team, communicating, and collaborating is essential to resolve unexpected issues aboard the International Space Station.

Rover on Mars
Programme a rover to transport an object from one point to another on Mars. Assign roles, plan your strategy, and optimise every move to complete the mission in the shortest time possible. The clock is ticking — and on Mars, there's no mission control to bail you out.

Moon base
What would you bring to the Moon? Designing and building a lunar base with LEGO® bricks alongside your team means choosing with care, creativity, and strategy while facing the challenges of a hostile environment. This activity is inspired by the LEGO® Serious Play methodology.
LEGO® Serious Play®
LEGO® Serious Play® is a facilitation methodology grounded in scientific research across business, psychology, and learning. Through hands-on building and guided reflection, it transforms abstract challenges into tangible, shared models — unlocking insights that traditional meetings never reach. Our certified facilitators use it within Astro Crew activities like Moon Base, but also as a standalone tool: we co-design every session with the client to address specific team objectives and deliver results the organisation can act on immediately.
