Immersive science

Virtual reality and augmented reality

A digital immersion taking you where the human body cannot go. Our most advanced tool to turn distance into presence.

Our philosophy

Our approach

We see VR and AR as new languages for science communication — not just technological tools. Every experience we design is built around people, not hardware.

01

Guided experience

Participants explore virtual environments in small groups, guided in real time by one of our science communicators who controls the entire narrative flow — triggering animations, zooming into details, pausing to take questions. No one is left alone inside a headset: the experience is shared, guided, and human.

02

Comfort by design

Our applications maintain constant spatial orientation — no forced rotations, no disorienting transitions — so participants can stay immersed for up to 45 minutes without experiencing virtual sickness. This is what makes the difference between a quick demo and a real educational journey.

03

Built to be real

We build photogrammetric reconstructions, real-scale models, and advanced 3D animations — all driven by a narrative architecture defined together with the client. The result: a complete experience — scientifically accurate, narratively rich, and ready to go.

Where we take you

Our VR and AR applications adapt to any context where science needs to be felt, not just explained:

Science festivals and events

Transport your audience to distant worlds, inside space missions, or face-to-face with phenomena they could never witness otherwise.

Science festival with VR

Science centres and interactive museums

Turn any visit into an unforgettable journey that sparks curiosity and stays with visitors long after they leave.

Interactive museum VR experience

European projects and awareness initiatives

Give complex topics like climate change, sustainability, or biodiversity the narrative power they deserve.

Case Study

The HMW Virtual Tour

  1. 01

    THE BRIEF

The European Space Agency needed a way to bring the story of 60 years of space exploration beyond the walls of its ESRIN facility in Frascati. The Memorabilia Wall and Heritage Mission Walkthrough — two iconic exhibition areas — had to become accessible to audiences anywhere in the world, without losing the depth and emotion of an in-person visit.

    WHAT WE BUILT

We designed and developed a multiplayer VR application built in Unity and deployed on Meta Quest. The experience recreates the exhibition areas in a futuristic virtual environment where up to 15 participants can explore together — in the same room or connected remotely. Every element is reconstructed using photogrammetric technology for maximum fidelity.

  3. 03

    WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE

A science communicator guides the group through the virtual space, controlling the narrative flow in real time. At each step, advanced 3D animations come to life: a real-scale ENVISAT satellite appears overhead, time series surround the audience, an asteroid enters the atmosphere, a Vega launcher towers above the group at full size. The tour closes with an explosion of Earth photographs taken from the ISS Cupola — a moment designed to move, not just inform.

    WHAT CAME NEXT

The pilot was accepted by ESA and is now being expanded with new animations — walks on the Moon and Mars, 360° views inside and outside the ISS, space debris visualisations, and interactive Earth observation scenarios. A complete product that proved VR can be rigorous, narrative, and unforgettable — all at once.
