Who says you can't learn through play? In our gamified labs, fun is an integral part of the learning process. We apply gamification principles to real research scenarios — from timed challenges and logic puzzles to collaborative board games where teams design actual space missions. Participants don't just learn science: they live it, competing, strategising, and problem-solving as a crew.

Not every lab looks the same — and that's the point. Some experiences are fully hands-on while others are entirely digital. And then there's the sweet spot: hybrid labs where participants grab a tape measure and a tablet, code a rover and then watch it navigate the room. We design each lab in the format that best fits the learning goal, the audience, and the context.

Big crowds, short time, maximum impact. Our demonstrative labs are designed for high-traffic settings — e.g. festivals — where science needs to captivate in minutes. Through live experiments, we turn complex concepts into moments of wonder: from bending spacetime on an elastic sheet to building a comet. Every demo is fast-paced, visually striking, and always wrapped in a story.

When we can't be there in person, we bring the lab to your screen. Born out of necessity during the pandemic, our online labs have become a format in their own right: thousands of students have built paper launchers and Earth observation satellites exploring space science guided live by our science communicators through the web. Fully interactive, remotely delivered, and just as fun.
